Landmark Title was incorporated in 1997 and is locally owned and operated. Our office is located at 615 Clarence Street in Lake Charles, LA. We proudly serve homeowners and businesses in the Louisiana area with real estate closings, title insurance, general notary services, witness only and SBA closings. Adding to your comfort is the fact that Landmark Title Services is fully licensed as a title insurance agent by the State of Louisiana, Department of Insurance and is an approved agent for the largest title insurance underwriter in the United States, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Co. We maintain Errors and Omissions Insurance to protect transactions. Each title order is assigned to a notarial by using sophisticated computer software designed specifically for real estate transactions.
Not only do we provide the best possible service to our clients, our counterparts share our values of quality. Every title examination is handled by a licensed, experienced real estate attorney who maintains Errors and Omissions Insurance. All of Landmark's Escrow accounts are independently reconciled monthly by First Trust Accounting Services. We pride ourselves on delivering a quick turnaround to better service our clients.
